- Claremont Lincoln University (2014): Led the development of an overall curriculum for the CLU Master of Arts programs. Lead instructional designer for all individual courses. Applied a systematic approach to the analysis, design, evaluation, assessment, and continued improvement of the design of the courses.
- Society of Experimental Pilots (2011-2013): Instructional design and content development for family preparedness handbook and critical incident response book.
- Flight Research, Inc. (2015): Redesigned F2F coursework for the online environment and developed two online courses in a standard LMS.
