Curriculum Development and Course Design Consultant (2012-present)

Working with SMEs, faculty, executive boards, and business leaders to design and develop curriculum and individual courses using the best practices and learning theory for effective computer based and F2F instruction. 

  • The Human Values Center (Present): Design and develop online courses and hybrid certificate programs for professional development and corporate leadership training.
  • Azusa Pacific University (Present): Instructional Design consultant/contractor developing online college courses.
  • The Black Voice Foundation (2017-present): Educational program and curriculum design consultant.
  • The Flight Test Historical Foundation (2012-present): Curriculum and course design developer and director for all educational programs.
  • Edwards Air Force Museum (2012-present):  Developed and run an online educational program: The Junior Test Pilot School an online educational STEM program for Elementary aged children.  Developed the on-site, F2F Junior Test Pilot Summer Program for the Blackbird Airpark teaching STEM subjects in flight test through hands on activities and 'missions' in flight test by thinking like an engineer and analyzing the 20+ aircraft at the park. 
  • Claremont Lincoln University (2014):  Led the development of an overall curriculum for the CLU Master of Arts programs.  Lead instructional designer for all individual courses.  Applied a systematic approach to the analysis, design, evaluation, assessment, and continued improvement of the design of the courses.
  • Society of Experimental Pilots (2011-2013):  Instructional design and content development for family preparedness handbook and critical incident response book.
  • Flight Research, Inc. (2015): Redesigned F2F coursework for the online environment and developed two online courses in a standard LMS.
