• Claremont Lincoln University (2014):  Led the development of an overall curriculum for the CLU Master of Arts programs.  Lead instructional designer for all individual courses.  Applied a systematic approach to the analysis, design, evaluation, assessment, and continued improvement of the design of the courses.
• Society of Experimental Pilots (2011-2013):  Instructional design and content development for family preparedness handbook and critical incident response book.
• Flight Research, Inc. (2015): Redesigned F2F coursework for the online environment and developed two online courses in a standard LMS.

Directs curriculum development for CLU which maintains and reinforces the mission of the school through pedagogical strategies and interventions in the program’s learning design. 

• Collaborate with CLU leadership teams and SME’s to design innovative and highly effective online courses using proven best practices in learning theory and use of the online learning environment
